About the event
CSWSC is excited to announce a panel event on the topic of Catholic identity and social work. The following Catholic professionals will be sharing how they integrate Church teaching into their work roles at non-Catholic institutions:
- Dr. Kenneth Flanagan (Social Work Professor, University of North Dakota)
- Dr. Karleah Harris (Human Sciences Professor, University of Arkansas Pine Bluff)
- Dr. Linda Plitt Donaldson (Associate Dean and Professor of Social Work; Director of the Institute for Innovation in Health and Human Services, James Madison University).
After each shares individually, a Q&A for all participants (panelists, social work students, others) will follow, leading into our monthly virtual student forum. Free event on Wed, Apr 12, 2023 starting 1:30PM CST/2:30 EST; expected to last about 60 minutes, join anytime!
