About the event
CSWSC is excited to announce a panel event on the topic of Catholic identity and social work. The following Catholic professionals will be sharing how they integrate Church teaching into their work roles at non-Catholic institutions:
Dr. Kenneth Flanagan (Social Work Professor, University of North Dakota)
Dr. Karleah Harris (Human Sciences Professor, University of Arkansas Pine Bluff)
Dr. Linda Plitt Donaldson (Associate Dean and Professor of Social Work; Director of the Institute for Innovation in Health and Human Services, James Madison University).
After each shares individually, a Q&A for all participants (panelists, social work students, others) will follow, leading into our monthly virtual student forum. Free event on Wed, Apr 12, 2023 starting 1:30PM CST/2:30 EST; expected to last about 60 minutes, join anytime!
